Two robbers slashed workers at a Modell’s Sporting Goods in Brooklyn on Wednesday, police said.
The suspects attempted to leave the Graham Avenue store without paying with an array of items on Feb. 12 around 11:30 a.m. The men attacked two employees who tried to stop them from fleeing.
One employee, 20, was cut across the face from his lip to his ear. Another employee, also 20-years-old, was cut on his back and shoulder, according to police.
EMS transported the victims to a nearby hospital where they were treated for their injuries.
Police said the two suspects fled on foot heading eastbound toward Broadway.
Anyone with information in regard to the identity of these males is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).
