Twelve units are up for grabs in three different affordable housing lotteries in Williamsburg.
The apartment prices vary, starting as low as $930 for a studio to two-bedroom units priced at $2,250.
Three units are available at 801 Driggs Ave.—a newly constructed five-story building located near the base of the Williamsburg Bridge. A one-bedroom apartment in that building is available for $1,950, while the two 2-bedroom units will go for $2,250,
Households of two can earn a combined income up to $111,020 to apply for the one bedroom, while households of four can earn up to $128,000 to be eligible for the two bedrooms.
Tenants of this building will be responsible for all utilities. The lottery closes on June 17.
Three one-bedroom units at 319 Broadway have been placed in the lottery. The apartments will cost $2,211 per month and are available to individuals making between $75,806 and 97,110. Households with two members can have a combined income up to $111,020.
The building itself, located across from the Marcy Avenue J/M/Z/ station, comes with a roof deck and intercom system.
Tenants will be responsible for paying utilities and some preference will be given to people with hearing, mobility and vision disabilities. The lottery will close on June 7.
The majority of units are up for grabs at 88 Walton Street, with one studio, two one-bedrooms and three two-bedrooms in the lottery. The studio is priced at $930 per month and is open to households with one or two people.
The one-bedroom units are going for $1,000 per month. Households of one to three people are eligible, making between $34,286 and $57,660.
The three remaining units are two-bedrooms price at $1,213 and are available to households of two to five people.
Tenants of this building will be responsible for electricity, including electric heat.
The lottery for 88 Walton St. closes on June 7. Some preference will be given to residents of Community Board 1, municipal employees, and people with hearing, mobility and vision disabilities.
