An elderly Greenpoint woman who was reported missing earlier this month was found dead near the Kosciuszko Bridge on Thursday, according to police.

Konefal Czeslawa, 76, who had dementia, went missing on Feb. 9. She had been last seen at St. Stanislaou Church, located at 607 Humboldt St.

Police found Czeslawa unconscious and unresponsive near the shoreline on the Queens side of the Newtown Creek on Feb. 20 around 4:30 p.m.

EMS pronounced Czeslawa dead at the scene.

Police said the NYC Medical Examiner will determine the exact cause of death. The investigation is still ongoing.
