Police are continuing to search for a man wanted for burglarizing a Williamsburg apartment building last month.

On Friday, June 14, around 10 a.m., the unidentified man forced his way through the front door of an apartment at 300 Hewes St.

Once inside the apartment, belonging to a 31-year-old woman, the man stole $400 in cash and took unspecified personal property.

He then fled the scene in an unknown direction, according to police.

The suspect is described as Hispanic with a medium build. He was last seen wearing blue jeans, a jean jacket, black shoes and a black baseball hat.

Anyone with information regarding the identity of the suspect is asked to call (800) 577-TIPS.
